About me

Hi, I’m Celine, a certified Somatic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher.

My journey into this work began over ten years ago through yoga. I was fascinated by how movement, breath, and attention could influence not just the body, but the mind and emotions as well. This curiosity led me to explore it academically — my bachelor’s thesis looked at how yoga affects stress hormones, which opened my eyes to the deep intelligence of the body and how much it can teach us if we take the time to listen. Later, in my master’s thesis, I dove deeper into embodiment and somatic work, exploring how these practices shape the way we connect with ourselves and others.

Along the way, I traveled to India and Nepal, learning from various spiritual and contemplative teachers, which deepened my understanding of meditation, movement, and embodied awareness. Teaching yoga and exploring these practices showed me that real, lasting change rarely comes from insight alone — it happens when the body feels safe enough to be part of the process.

Over time, I trained in several healing modalities and now integrate somatic trauma healing interventions into my practice. In sessions, I work gently and collaboratively, exploring sensations, emotions, breath, or movement — at a pace that feels safe. My goal is to support regulation, self-trust, and a sense of being at home in your body.

This work comes from my own healing journey and the understanding that the body often knows the way before the mind does. I love supporting people in reconnecting with themselves, finding ease and resilience, and rediscovering vitality, joy, and aliveness in their lives.
