Yoga can be a powerful way to reconnect with the body, regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, boost energy, and cultivate mental clarity.
My teaching is rooted in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, as well as Buddhist contemplative traditions. My classes emphasize nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and breath, and my teaching style is gentle, grounded, and trauma-aware.
My yoga teaching is informed by my background in somatic work and trauma healing. Rather than focusing on performance or achievement, I prioritize choice, and building a respectful, attuned relationship with the body.
I teach both groups and individuals, and also offer yoga classes for companies and organizations focused on stress reduction, burnout prevention, and workplace well-being. You’re welcome to reach out if you’d like to explore working together.
