Scope of Practice
Somatic sessions are relational, body-based, and experiential, and are intended to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for diagnosis or care from a licensed healthcare provider. If you are experiencing acute mental health distress or are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

Results & Individual Experience
Every nervous system and healing process is unique. While many people experience meaningful benefits from somatic work, individual outcomes vary, and no specific results can be guaranteed.

Client Responsibility
Participation in sessions is voluntary. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions during and after sessions. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and communicate your needs, boundaries, and preferences.

Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as confidential. Information will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law, such as if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Consent & Touch
Somatic work may involve guided awareness of bodily sensations, breath, movement, or posture. Physical touch is only ever used with explicit consent and is always optional. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Booking, Cancellation & Payment
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
